2 piece set. 
Short sleeve top, darts on the bodice, buttons up the back.
Rick rack trim accents.
Skirt with fitted waistband, rickrack trim on the waistband & hemline.
The skirt has pleats below the waistband. unlined. 
Wear top tucked in out outside.
The skirt waist is very small. Likely best for preteen or teenager.
