REFUND and SHIPPING  Policies and information

 Refunds and Exchanges
Our items are vintage they are at least 20 years old and in most cases much older than that. We do our best to point out any flaws in the description and photos.

It is your responsibility to read the description in full, check all measurements, and look carefully at all the photos. And if you have any questions, please contact us prior to purchasing an item. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. We do not accept returns on items that have been damaged by the buyer.

Shoes can appear to be in great condition and then a sole can split upon wearing. In most cases, this can be repaired. We do not accept returns on footwear that has been damaged by the buyer. Never!

Vintage pieces can be fragile. There is no implied insurance or warranty for wear. No returns on footwear, hats, belts, accessories, jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, wedding or bridal pieces or delicate items.

 Computer monitors and mobile device screens read colors differently. We are not responsible for color shifting or inaccurate color reading on your devices. We do not accept returns based on color.

If a piece has been grossly misrepresented by us then we will consider a return or exchange for an item of equal value. Email us within 3 days of receiving the item. If we approve the return the piece shall be shipped back to PVS within 7 days of receipt of the item. The item shall be returned in the condition in which it was sent, unworn and undamaged.
If the item is damaged or sent back after 10 days the refund shall not be honored. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping.

We are a small online shop, not a large corporation or brick & mortar location. Each piece is special and one of a kind. Thank you for your understanding.

 Damaged in transit:

Should a piece be damaged in transit it is necessary to keep all packing materials, take photos, contact the shipping service.  Keep all packaging materials as the postal service may want to inspect the damage. In most cases, a claim can be filed online. Insurance is provided for all items shipped. 

Shipping & Handling
We ship Monday through Friday. Usually, the piece will ship within 1-2 days after purchase.
Domestic Shipping - Most items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail including insurance and tracking. 
If the piece is packaged in a large box we may ship Gorund, UPS or Federal Express depending on best rates available.

We carefully wrap each item. We recycle packing materials if we can.  Always clean, and green.
**Express shipping is available, please contact us to get pricing information.

International Shipping - We love to ship all over the world! Please contact us for pricing. Most items will be shipped First Class with tracking & insurance as available in your country. Any item valued over $100 or 4 lbs or heavier will be shipped Priority Mail. 

Please do not ask us to mark a piece as a gift or to undervalues an item for Customs. That is illegal and we cannot do so.
All VAT, Customs fees, and taxes associated with items shipped to another country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office prior to purchasing an item to learn the fees.

Any item over $150 or weighing 4 pounds + will be shipped Priority Mail due to weight restrictions. We will reimburse you for overpayment of shipping charges if that occurs.

Any item which has been shipped and deemed undeliverable shall be returned to our shop. Should you want the piece you will be responsible for additional shipping fees. Any item returned to our shop which has been unclaimed or undeliverable will not be refunded. It is the buyers' responsibility to ensure the address provided is a deliverable address.
An email address is always welcome in the event there is a problem delivering the item.
