Satin 'pillow' with lace accents on the front and on the edges, a flower made from ribbon on the top. The satin fabric might be silk.
Inside is a flat pocket containing a small sachet with ribbon flower detail and a beautiful unused handkerchief with lace details.
The pieces have hand-stitched finish details.
This is a family heirloom that has been stored in a box since the 1920s. It has been passed from generation to generation.
