Antique Sterling Silver Filigree Carved Cameo Brooch, vintage wedding bridal pin.
This is a lovely hand-carved sterling silver filigree cameo.
The Victorian lady has a very pretty expression on her face. Her hair is softly pulled up adorned with a flower. Very romantic and nicely done. There are floral accents on the filigree detailing.
