This is a lovely, elegant necklace from the late 1960s. This necklace belonged to my mother, who was the only owner.
It has been stored away, unworn, for many decades.
Description: per the appraisal,
One double strand of cultured pearls attached to a 14K white gold diamond pave detail.
Pearl sizes range from approx 8.5mm to 9.0mm. One stand consists of 40 pearls, the other stand consists of 41 pearls. The pearls are of good luster, slightly pinkish-yellow are of good luster.
The diamond clasp has four thin strands of pave diamond 'ribbons' which frame one single pear shape diamond suspended at the bottom.
This piece has been professionally appraised, by a trained fine jeweler G.I.A. certified. I will send a copy of the appraisal with the piece.
CONDITION: Very good. The necklace was restrung by a professional jeweler, 2022.
